Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You can register with an email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are assigned a role — client, editor, chief editor or admin — which determines what you can access.

RELMX lets you submit real estate media orders, upload raw photo brackets and video source footage, have them edited by assigned editors (including AI-assisted alterations where you request them), and download delivered files. Turnaround times shown in the app are targets, not guarantees.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. Your raw files, footage, briefs and the delivered edits based on them remain yours (or your clients').

You grant RELMX a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, transcode, edit, annotate, back up, secure and deliver your content — and to allow the editors and service providers assigned to your job to do the same — solely for the purpose of operating the service and fulfilling your orders. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained in routine backups or as required by law.

We do not use your media for marketing, promotion or social media. If we ever offer that, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content and to have it edited, including rights to any property imagery, people, music or branded material included in it.

• Upload your files, confirm the order is complete, and pay to submit it for editing.
• Once submitted, uploads lock so editors work from a fixed file set. An assigned editor or admin can reopen uploads if you need to add supplemental files.
• A job is assigned to an editor, delivered as a round, and then available for your review.
• Revisions open a new delivery round, which requires a new delivered file before the round can be marked delivered.
• Approve delivered work promptly — approval starts the source-file retention clock described in our Privacy Policy.

Source footage and raw brackets are stored for temporary operational use, not as an archive. After approval or delivery they are scheduled for removal. Download and back up your finals — RELMX is not your file backup service.

Prices are shown in the app at checkout and are charged through Stripe. X Credits purchased for photo alterations are consumed as used and do not expire. Except where required by law or clearly stated in writing, completed editing work is non-refundable — if something is wrong with the delivery, use the revision or flag workflow and we will make it right where reasonable. Chargebacks filed instead of using the revision process may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Upload malware, or attempt to bypass authentication, role restrictions, rate limits or storage controls.
• Access jobs, files, messages or accounts that are not yours.
• Scrape, resell or reverse engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing service.
• Misrepresent a property in a way that is deceptive or violates applicable real estate advertising rules. You are responsible for disclosing virtual staging and enhancements where required.
• Abuse, harass or threaten editors, staff or other users through support messaging.

Editors may access only the jobs assigned to them and are not shown customer pricing. Editor compensation, assignment and payouts are governed by the arrangement between RELMX and that editor, not by these terms.

You may stop using RELMX at any time and request account deletion at relmxofficial@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse, or risk to the platform. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to download outstanding deliverables.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific turnaround times, or that edits will meet a subjective creative expectation beyond the revision process. Third-party providers (storage, payments, Google services, AI processing) may experience outages outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELMX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid RELMX for the order giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify RELMX against claims arising from content you upload, your use of delivered media, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the platform changes; the "Last updated" date will reflect this and material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
