How fast is standard turnaround?
Photo editing orders are typically returned within 24 hours, and video editing orders typically within 48 hours.
How do I send raw files?
Everything happens inside your RELMX dashboard. Create a new project, upload your raw brackets directly in the order, and keep track of every current and past project in one place.
When am I charged?
Payment is collected when you submit your order for editing, after your raw files have been uploaded.
Can I view my past projects?
Yes. Every project you create stays in your dashboard, including its status, uploaded files and delivered finals, so you can reference or reorder at any time.
