RELMX (Real Estate Listing Media Exchange) is a media editing platform for real estate photographers, agents and their editing teams. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can get your data removed.
1. Who we are
RELMX operates relmx.com and the RELMX web application. For any privacy question, data request or legal notice, contact us at relmxofficial@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google returns (name, email, profile image and account identifier). We do not receive your Google password.
- Order information. Property address or job label, service selections, shot counts, creative briefs, revision notes and delivery status.
- Uploaded media. Raw photo brackets, video source footage, audio, captions, LUTs, reference material and delivered final files, plus their embedded metadata (for example capture time or camera settings).
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation, amount, and status — we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Support and notification content. Messages you send through in-app support or contact forms, and notifications generated by the workflow.
- Technical logs. IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, upload and download events, and error reports used to keep the service working.
3. How we use it
- Create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in.
- Receive uploads, assign editors, process and deliver edited media.
- Run revision rounds, approvals and delivery notifications.
- Take payment, calculate credits and pay editors.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect abuse, debug failures and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded media for advertising.
4. Roles and who can see your files
RELMX uses client, editor, chief editor and admin roles. Clients see only their own projects. Editors see only jobs assigned to them, and are not shown customer pricing or payment details. Admins and chief editors can access jobs for operational support, quality review and dispute resolution. Access is enforced by server-side rules, not just by hiding buttons in the interface.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication and application backend.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for large video source footage and deliverables.
- Google — optional sign-in, and Google Drive storage used in the photo editing workflow.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloud hosting and AI editing providers — used to serve the site and to generate requested photo alterations when you order them.
These providers may store or process data outside your country. We share only what is needed for them to perform their function.
6. Retention and deletion
- Video source footage is stored for temporary operational use only. Once a client approves a delivered video, the source footage is queued for automatic purge (targeted at roughly 14 days after approval). Jobs that are delivered but never approved are flagged for admin review and handled manually.
- Raw photo brackets are hidden from the client view after finals are delivered and are removed from active working storage on a similar schedule.
- Delivered finals, orders and invoices are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal reasons.
Purges run on scheduled jobs and depend on third-party storage systems, so timing is a target rather than a guarantee. Backups and provider-side copies may persist for a short additional period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards: row-level database access rules, role-based authorization checked on the server, signed time-limited download links, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest provided by our storage vendors. We do not offer end-to-end encryption, and no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing relmxofficial@gmail.com from the address on your account. We may need to keep certain records (such as payment and tax records) even after deletion. You can also disconnect Google sign-in at any time from your Google account settings, though this may prevent you from signing in.
9. Legal requests
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is required by law, valid legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of RELMX, our users or the public.
10. Children
RELMX is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app.
